Conditions of use

In order to place an order on www.bellracingstore.es you must register on the website.

This website is operated by Racing Group DSRM S.L.

By accessing or using the website, the user agrees to comply with these terms and conditions. Legal Notice and agrees with the Privacy Policy. If the user does not agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the Legal Notice, the user must not use the website.

It is the sole responsibility of the user to know and observe, in the use of the website and its materials and contents, all applicable laws and provisions, as well as to read the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy before accessing and using the website, and to periodically review the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, in the event that Racing Group DSRM S.L. has introduced, where appropriate, any changes to them. The terms and conditions of this website are, for all purposes, subject to the Spanish courts.

 

Return conditions

1. The maximum period for requesting a refund is 15 calendar days from receipt of the order by the customer.

2. To begin the exchange or return process, the customer must send us an email at info@dsrmgroup.comIn the case of a return, please indicate the reason for the return and the bank details in order to make the corresponding refund in your favour, and in the case of an exchange, we will need to know the article you want (model, brand).

3. Any product to be exchanged or returned must always be returned with the original packaging and labelling intact, suitably packaged in its original box and properly protected.

4. If the order is returned to origin because the transport company could not deliver the goods (due to negligence of the same) to the recipient, our company will bear the cost of the first reshipment. In the event that the transport company had operated correctly, Racing Group DSRM S.L., will not be responsible for the reshipment. The amount of the article(s) included in the order will be refunded, but not the shipping costs.

5. If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part as far as shipping is concerned, Racing Group DSRM S.L., is responsible for all costs arising from the return and subsequent shipment of the correct order in the case of exchange.

Upon receipt of the package, we will confirm the good condition of the product and that it was indeed a negligence on our part and we will proceed to send the new product in the case of exchange and to refund the money in the case of return within 10 working days of receipt in our warehouse. The money for the refund will be paid to the customer by the means of payment used, except for cash on delivery, which will be by bank transfer.

6. If the shipment was made correctly by us, and the exchange or return is due to personal reasons of the customer, the treatment will be as shown below:

In the case of both returns and exchanges, it will be the customer who will bear all shipping costs arising from the first shipment and subsequent returns or exchanges. To carry out the exchange or return, the customer must send the product to the address indicated at the end of this point. Upon receipt of the package, the good condition of the product will be confirmed and we will proceed to send the new product in the case of exchange and to refund the money in the case of return within 7 working days of receipt. The money for the return will be refunded by crediting through the payment method in which the order was placed.
